Over the many years we have been in business our range of services has evolved and expanded so that today it represents what has to be the most comprehensive ground technology support programme available anywhere in the world.
As you would expect, most of these services represent the kind of major requirements that are in constant demand by military and civil aircraft manufacturers, OEMs and fleet operators. In addition, however, there are a number (many of which are unique and exclusively available from us) that have been purpose designed and developed by our own specialist teams as a direct response to the specific requests and needs of individual customers.
It is precisely this degree of flexibility, allied to the ultimate level of customer confidence in our unique design and manufacturing capabilities, our technology and our fully accredited quality systems, that together with our outstanding reputation for innovation and problem solving has enabled us to provide what is now globally acknowledged as the aerospace industry’s most complete and accomplished range of ground technology support services.
Principle among our most requested services are: Design and Manufacture, Electrical and Electronics, Pressure Testing and Cleaning, plus what is virtually an exclusive service that has become increasingly difficult to source elsewhere – Commercial Sewing.

Service and Calibration.
Regular, routine, scheduled and emergency servicing, repairs and calibration can be completed under strict QA controls at our Manchester HQ. If rapid turnaround is a requirement we can arrange for servicing and calibration to be conducted at a customer’s site.
On site Repairs and Training.
In addition to our in-house support we always have a team of specialist technicians on call and available within 24 to 48 hours to attend emergency repairs or to provide expert training at a customer’s premises. This is a UK based service only, although in the past we have been able to arrange overseas support in Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, India and Italy.
We can arrange telephone and video consultations with a customer’s on-site engineers to analyse, diagnose and assist technical servicing and repairs. This service is available on a worldwide basis.
Over the years we have become increasingly involved in obtaining ATEX certification for equipment used in explosive environments. Several of our technicians now carry ATEX accreditation.
We have a number of personnel who are authorised to provide CE marking for equipment. Technical files are completed as standard on all CE marked products along with hazard and risk assessments.
In partnership with a third party we have successfully developed a number of specialist programmes written to control various equipment on behalf of market leading organisations around the world.
Over recent years EMC testing has become a crucial requirement for many of the projects we undertake. We have successfully assessed and certified equipment designed to a variety of standards.
Complete details of every project in which we are involved are securely archived on three different sites for a minimum of seven years. All data is fully traceable in the event of future requirement.
